Ingredients
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled and chopped
- 2–3 inches fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cups cold water
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar, optional
- Ice cubes, optional
Instructions
- Add pineapple pieces and ginger to a blender.
- Pour in the cold water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Add fresh lemon juice and sweetener if you like.
- Stir well, chill, and serve cold over ice.
Storage
Keep in clean glass bottles in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. Shake before serving.
