Ingredients
1 large bunch of fresh celery (8–10 stalks)
1 green apple
1 cucumber
1-inch (2.5 cm) piece fresh ginger
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup (250 ml) cold water
A handful of fresh parsley (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
—
Step 1: Choose Fresh Ingredients
Select crisp, bright green celery stalks. Wash the celery, apple, cucumber, parsley, ginger, and lemon thoroughly under running water.
—
Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
Trim the base of the celery and remove any damaged leaves.
Cut the celery into 2-inch pieces.
Core and chop the apple.
Slice the cucumber into chunks.
Peel and slice the ginger.
Juice the lemon.
—
Step 3: Blend
Add the celery, apple, cucumber, ginger, parsley (if using), lemon juice, and water to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
—
Step 4: Strain (Optional)
For a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher. Press gently to extract as much liquid as possible.
If you prefer more fiber, skip this step.
—
Step 5: Chill
Refrigerate the juice for 20–30 minutes, or pour it over ice.
—
Step 6: Serve
Pour into glasses and garnish with a celery stalk, cucumber slice, or lemon wedge if desired.
—
Storage
Store in a tightly sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator.

Suggested Serving
Enjoy 1 glass (200–250 ml) as part of a balanced diet, preferably with breakfast or as a refreshing afternoon drink.
Important Note
Celery juice is hydrating and contains vitamins and minerals, but it does not detoxify the liver, kidneys, pancreas, or blood, and it is not a treatment for liver disease or other medical conditions. Your liver and kidneys already perform the body’s natural detoxification processes. If you have concerns about your liver, kidneys, or pancreas, consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and treatment.
