Easy Cherry Biscuit Cobbler Bubble-Up Bake

Easy Cherry Biscuit Cobbler (Bubble-Up Bake)

Prep time: 10 minutes Bake time: 25–35 minutes Servings: 8–10

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) Pillsbury Grands! Original refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) Lucky Leaf cherry pie filling (1 can can be used for a lighter fruit ratio, but 2 cans provide optimal coverage for a 9×13 dish)
  • ½ tub (approx. 8 oz) Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
  2. Cut the Biscuits: Open the biscuit cans and cut each individual biscuit into quarters (4 bite-sized pieces each).
  3. Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut biscuit pieces and the cherry pie filling. Gently fold together with a spatula until all biscuit dough pieces are coated in the cherry glaze.
  4. Assemble: Pour the mixture into the prepared 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
  5. Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, cooked through in the center, and golden brown on top. (If the top browns too quickly before the center finishes cooking, loosely tent a sheet of aluminum foil over the dish for the last 10 minutes).
  6. Glaze and Serve: Remove the foil/seal from the frosting tub and microwave a few spoonfuls (or the whole container with lid removed) for 10–15 seconds until it reaches a pourable, drizzling consistency. Drizzle generously over the warm cobbler. Serve warm.
