Garlic & Oregano Health Infusion

That hook is catchy, but let’s keep things real: garlic and oregano can be healthy, but they’re not magic cures and doctors aren’t “hiding” them. They can support your body, especially for immunity, but they won’t replace proper medical care.

 Garlic & Oregano Health Infusion

 Ingredients:

  • 2–3 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (or a small handful fresh)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A few drops of lemon juice (optional)

 Method:

  1. Crush the garlic and let it sit for 5–10 minutes (this activates beneficial compounds).
  2. Boil water and pour it over the garlic and oregano.
  3. Cover and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture.
  5. Add honey and lemon if you like the taste smoother.
  6. Drink warm, once a day.

 Benefits (realistic ones):

  • Garlic contains allicin, which may support the immune system
  • Oregano has antioxidants and mild antimicrobial properties
  • Can help with digestion and mild cold symptoms

 Important:

  • Don’t overconsume (too much garlic can irritate your stomach)
  • Not suitable if you have certain conditions or take blood-thinning meds
  • This is supportive, not a cure for serious illnesses
